After obtaining his diploma as a surveyor, he began traveling and working as a waiter in Australia, California, Thailand, Indonesia, the Dominican Republic, Brazil, Poland, Morocco, and England.

Lorenzo began working as a real estate agent, specializing in property management and real estate investments in Central London.

2014

In London, he founded PML Services Ltd., an innovative property management startup, specializing in the Central London HMO market.

2014-2020

The company grew significantly, eventually managing over £200 million in real estate assets.

2020

Lorenzo sold PML Services Ltd., completing a successful exit.

2022

In Florence, he founded Simplex Domus SRL, an innovative startup specializing in the real estate auction market.

2024

In London, he founded Magic Stay London Limited, a company specializing in property management and short-term rentals.

2025

In London, he joined the shareholding structure of Myrooms, a company specializing in the management and rental of rooms for students and young professionals.
